A group online workshop that will guide us to reconnect withour hearts, release what no longer serves us and confidently begin the first steps to creating a heart centered strategy for 2024 - that is unique to you! We will go through a guided meditation, reflection prompts and discussion and a follow up for anyone looking to get even further clarity for their 2024 planning :-) Beginners to meditation VERY WELCOME. This is a great time to start this wonderful practice of self discovery and connection.
